Second living area on the first floor, furnished with a two seater sofa bed, 32” TV and DVD player, chest

of drawers with lamp and two velux windows.
Bright dining room with large window, furnished with an oak table and seating for eight.
Kitchen
Situated on the ground floor. Finished to a modern standard with marble worktops and 
marble flooring throughout. Features an electric double oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
Fully equipped with a range of utensils including a microwave, toaster, kettle and cafetiere.
Also features a round glass table and seating for four. Separate utility area

complete with a washing machine, dryer and room for storage.

Bedroom one
Furnished with a king-size bed, light oak chest of drawers, two bedside tables with lamps,
dressing table with a chair and full length mirror. Bathroom and double
fitted wardrobe across the hallway to the bedroom. Features a 32” TV and DVD player.

Furnished with twin beds, two fitted double wardrobes with shelves, a full length mirror and two bedside
cabinets with lamps. Window overlooking the enclosed garden.

Furnished with bunk beds with drawers under and a bedside table with lamp.Window overlooking the
garden and patio area.

Main family bathroom on the ground floor, features a wc, wash basin, shower cubicle, bath with shower
mixer taps and a heated towel rail. Complete with marble flooring and a built in vanity unit.
